    I get a BUPA co pay and the additional charge should reflect a concession card holder discount.

    for about a year and no complaints. I have decided to take my business elsewhere because twice I have been charged incorrectly.

    This was not done nor did I find out that my concession discount was not applied until I called BUPA for help.

    Sorry but to me that indicates poor customer service and reflects poorly on Northcare Physio.

    When a provider increases their charges they should present their customer with a written rate charge increase and show the concession rate so we are able to clearly understand the extra cost and that we are being charged the correct new additional fee.
